Head Water Polo Coach
Coach Lilly (Know as Coach Donzie) is the head coach for Water Polo and Swim at Hebron High School. He swam club from 2009-2013 for ATAC and LAC. He swam for Hebron from 2009-2013 and went on the play water polo at SMU graduating in 2017 with an economics degree. In the fall of 2017 Donzie joined Hebron swim again as the assistant coach to Jay Chagnon, and during that time established the Hebron Water Polo team. Donzie was named the head swim coach and head water polo coach at Hebron in 2020/2021.
When not at the pool, he enjoys mountain biking, game nights with friends, and cooking meals with family.
Coach Sarah Carlile
Assistant Water Polo Coach
Coach Sarah Carlile comes to HHS after serving as the head swim, dive and water polo coach for Denton Ryan for the last five years while also teaching high school special education for DISD. Coach Carlile swam and played water polo for Denton Ryan and continued playing for a masters team through college. Coach Carlile graduated from UNT in 2014 with a degree in speech pathology and audiology. She has been a club coach for Thunder Water Polo for 10 years. While not in the pool, Coach Carlile enjoys spending time with her 3 children and family. Her family enjoys taking their ATV and four wheelers on trails.
