Dear Prospective 2026/2027 Sponsor,
My name is Melissa Carter, Fundraising Chair for the Hebron High School Water Polo Booster Club. The Water Polo Booster Club directly supports the Hebron High School Varsity, JV Boys & Girls Water Polo teams. It is our goal to assist the school water polo program and its coaches in continuing a tradition of developing student-athletes with leadership, integrity & character who want to compete at the highest level in their sport.
This season, we are offering local businesses the opportunity to become sponsors of our program. Your contributions will be used to offset the costs incurred by the program, but not covered by the school district. Previous sponsorship projects included team-building opportunities, scholarships, and an assortment of playing equipment. Future projects for 2026/2027 include the purchase of new game clocks, floor matting for our aquatic center, support for tournament expenses, new suits, and scholarships for our 2027 Seniors.
A volunteer board of officers and dedicated parents guides the Hebron Water Polo Boosters. We are part of a non-profit 501(c)(3) Charitable Organization, and 100% of the funds raised by the club are dedicated to the improvement of the Hebron High School Water Polo program. We would appreciate your assistance in helping us meet our goals.
Maximize your company’s visibility and be recognized for your support of the Hebron Hawks Water Polo Program through April 2027. During this time, the Hebron Hawks Water Polo Teams will host pre-season games, a pre-season tournament (several teams will be from outside of DFW), regular season games, post-season games, and Spring Leagues for Varsity & JV. Please note that there are multiple opportunities for increased visibility at our Aquatic Center. Local club swim and water polo teams host local and national meets & tournaments throughout the year.
